The Kittson County farm, in the fertile Red River Valley in northwestern Minnesota, is just one of the thousands of farms across the Midwest growing wheat, soybeans, and corn. It’s from quiet places like Kittson County, and the Ristad Farm, that the global food supply chain begins.
